Tse Lha Namsum — the Three Long-Life Deities — are the classic Vajrayana trio invoked for longevity, vitality, and the removal of obstacles to life itself. The Thugtik ("heart essence") is a complete practice cycle dedicated to them: not a blessing to passively receive, but a practice you learn to do.
Buddhist tantra is refreshingly frank about this: a long, healthy life is not an indulgence — it's practice infrastructure. You can't benefit beings if you're not here.
We teach the cycle whole, across three sessions of the retreat: the tantra (the view and framework), the root practice (the sadhana itself), and the movements (the embodied component). Come to all three; they build on each other.
